• Represented Debtor in Latman v. Burdette, 366 F.3d 774 (9th Cir. 2004) (trustee was successful in establishing surcharge of debtor's exemptions based on debtor misconduct).
• Represented Creditor and Trustee in In re Global Environmental Solutions, Ltd., 310 B.R. 1 (N.H. 2004) (creditor and estate prevailed on claim of successor liability).
